1. Eligibility: The referral programme is open to anyone. You do not need to be a current Total Effex client to participate.

2. Qualifying referral: A referral qualifies once the referred client signs a service agreement and makes their first payment to Total Effex. Submitting a referral form is proof of the introduction date.

3. Commission payment: Website commissions are paid in two equal instalments — 50% when the client pays their deposit, and 50% when the client pays the final balance. Social media commissions are paid monthly after the client's monthly invoice is settled.

4. Commission rates: Rates are calculated on the final negotiated invoice value (inclusive of any agreed discounts). Rates range from 10% to 25% for websites depending on invoice value, and approximately 10% for monthly social media retainers.

5. Validity: Referral submissions have no expiry — if a referred client signs up months later and can be traced back to your submission, the commission still applies.

6. Banking details: It is your responsibility to provide correct banking details. Total Effex cannot be held liable for payments made to incorrectly supplied accounts.

7. Right to decline: Total Effex reserves the right to decline any referral or adjust commission rates at its discretion. Any disputes will be handled directly between Total Effex and the referrer.

8. Changes: Total Effex may update these terms at any time. Referrals submitted before any changes are subject to the terms at the time of submission.
